A Case of McCune-Albright´s Syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
McCune Albright´s syndrome is a condition characterized by the triad of precocious puberty, large cafe-au-lait spots, polyostotic fibrous dysplasia.
This 5 year old girl noted vaginal spotting, breast budding, cafe-au-lait typed cutaneous pigmentation and characteristic bony lesion on the skull and long bones.
Diagnosis was confirmed by characteristic clinical features, radiologic examination and hormonal study.
We report one case of McCune-Albright´s syndrome with brief review of literatures.
